Still cycling north, sunny and warm till the sun sets (Sweden time 9pm) then the thermometer drops and the excellent sleeping bag and kit worth its weight in gold!!! Getting lots of buffet lunches, fantastic value and home cooked.

Also met a chap who gave Keith some good nutritional information for the amount of work he’s doing each day and raw steak and eggs feature and apparently taste delicious…..should help build more muscle for accelerating up those hills.
A wide range of free accommodation being sampled……ranging from : a greenhouse, shower blocks, bus shelters, TV lounges, supermarket trolley park, boat mooring point, as well as campsites, hostels and gardens.
Keith very cheerful and enjoying the challenge. Aim to be in Helsinki on about 27th May. Then ferry to Tallinn.
